How to request deletion
Send an email to contact@yuvajyotish.com from the email address linked to your account.
Use subject: Account Deletion Request
What we will delete
- Your account profile and login identity.
- Your saved charts and related app data associated with your account.
- Any other directly linked personal data we control for your account.
Verification and timeline
For security, we may ask you to verify account ownership before processing deletion.
After verification, we target completion within 30 days.
Data that may be retained
We may retain limited records when legally required (for example, fraud prevention, legal claims, or regulatory compliance).
System backups may persist temporarily and are removed by normal backup retention cycles.
